Fused Mullite

Fused mullite is produced by fusing high-purity quartz sand and industrial alumina in an appropriate proportion in an electric arc furnace.It features a needle-like crystal form, high flexural strength, low thermal expansion coefficient and excellent chemical erosion resistance.
